Not only kids but we elders also enjoy eating MAGGI especially when we are lazy to cook & hard pressed for time
Ingredients
1 packet Maggi
1 tomato Finely Chopped
2 Boiled potato Chopped /Grated
1 Onion Finely Chopped
leaves Coriander
2 tbls tomato sauce-
Green chutney (optional)
1 tsp Lemon juice-
to Taste Salt
1/2 tsp red Chilli
1 tsp Oil
Steps
Microwave the noodles it for 2-3minutes to roast it and let it cool
Crush noddles with palms In a small bowl, mix the tomato ketchup and maggi masala. Stir it and keep it aside, add green chutney(optional)
Now finely chop the tomato, onion, raw mango, potato and chili
In a bowl, bring together the fried/roasted maggi, the masala mix and the veggies. Mix it well add red chilli powder and lemon juice
Garnish with coriander and sev
